These days i am thinking on possible ways to change traditional recruitment process…My thoughts in process change..

1) Create a mobile app which interface between candidates and recruiters.
2) A portal which helps companies/consultants to decrease cost in terms of recruitment process.
3) Thinking possible ways to minimize candidates offer rejections and No Shows.
4) Technology to implement on university hiring process…

I hope.. i will come up with sort of solutions to my questions soon..

Recruiter become a data scientist

Recruitment process has been changed a lot. Once upon a time recruiter handly calls to the candidates and say “Are you Looking for a job change?” and taking minimal details like present CTC, expected CTC and notice period etc..

Thanks to Big data Analytics (Talent Analytics) and Linkedin where the process has been changed from a normal tele caller job to a data scientist role. In my openion a recruiter should be very strong in logical thinking and should be able assess candidate need of job while talking to him.
Going forward Analytics will place a key role in recruitments. Let’s say a recruiter is looking for a Clinical Data Manager. If you search in a job portal you will get hundred’s of profiles. How do you know which profile is exactly suits to the requirement. Recruiter cannot speak to all the candidates. In such scenario Analytics will place a major role to identify a right candidate for the right position.

Nowadays, Linkedin is like a home page for all the potential recruiters. It’s an Amazing social media tool for recruiters and passive job seekers. In my case I am very happy for the response I am getting for the LinkedIn job post and InMails. If I say in one word Linkedin is a game changing tool in Recruitment sector.

Recruitment drive is successful

Let me share one of my achievement . I have closed 50 positions in 2 days in GCO function. We conducted a drive at Gurgaon, total 180+ footfalls under 50+ canidates are selected for various positions in GCO.

For that i have worked day and nights for 10 days.Followup with the candiates, Explained about job roles and resposnsililities, Salary discussions.I should thanks to my colleague Vikrant and Avinash for a greate support.

Who is the most happiest person in the world

From 6 months i am thinking in such a way to find out the truth,happiness and i felt i am missing some thing which my heart is not happy.. Something i missed out… Whether related to career growth, Own business etcc.. I always believe if  Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it

I am not happy for what i am doing now…

Who is the happest person in the world…. May be no one.. Everyone has their own dreams which is not fulfilled and probably some of them are convinced and some of them are still searching and doing hard work to make their dreams comes true.

When i look back to the year 2012

HI Friends,

New year gonna to start with lot fun,happiness and tremendous sucess in your life..

Let me go back to 2012, Where i can share my happiest and saddest moments.

Initial days when i was working with Mafoi as a Recruiter not so great.. routine life.. Then i started to think about betterment and looking for opportunities…. Started reading some of the books (Rich dad poor dad , Shiv Khera’s you can win), Wanted to start a new business. But, Things were not helping me to start a busniess.. At that time i got an opportunity to work with Novartis Healthcare.. It’s a great opportunity.So, i joined on May month.

Here i have seen other side of recruitment. My daily work life starts with trackers, meeting hiring managers,brassring, closing positions,interview scheduling etc.. Slightly different when i compare with my consulting companies experience. My Colleagues are very friendly and fun at work……. To overcome from the stressful life we went Goa enjoyed alot and offsite with colleagues really unforgettable moments.

Say frankly in 2012, I don’t have most memorable moments in life and same time no saddest moments.. Life went horizontally no ups and downs.

Entertainement: I always love to watch movies (Especially telugu movies.)

I have seen so many movies.. But here i am writing some of the good movies/ watchable movies in my point of view.
